Mapping

This web page will soon contain information about how I start with survey notes from a cave and work towards a final cave map in digital form(s). There are many different ways to do this, but I have learned various techniques and programs that I like to use. One of the main reasons I like them is because they are compatable with other programs that we use in our caving projects - such as ArcView GIS

At some point, I will also post some files containing map examples and drawing tools such as AutoCAD 2000 blocks and linestyles I have created.
